Data processing agreement
Terms governing DecisionOS's processing of personal data on behalf of customers.
Roles
The customer is the data controller. DecisionOS acts as the data processor.
Scope
DecisionOS processes uploaded data solely to deliver the analysis requested by the customer.

A current list of sub-processors is available on request: dpo@decisionos.in.
Security measures
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging.
Signed DPA
Enterprise customers can request a counter-signed DPA at enterprise@decisionos.in.
